CAR COLSTON & SCREVETON VILLAGE HALL

 

Car Colston & Screveton Village Hall (Registered Charity Number 500954) is regulated by the Charity Commission and is administered under a Scheme approved in 1983.

The newly built Village Hall was officially opened in May 1928 and has been the venue for Village Meetings and social events ever since. It is located centrally within Car Colston on Screveton Road.

From the outset it has been the home for the Car Colston & Screveton Women's Institute which was founded in 1926.

In more recent years there has been a steady increase in the number of lettings to various groups and activities.

On a weekly basis, the Hall hosts a range of activities including

• Coffee Mornings
• East Bridgford Post Office and Shop at the Village Hall at Tuesday Coffee Mornings
• Karate - Belvoir Karate
• Boogie Bounce, Decades Reloaded, Pound, Step Extreme, Clubbercise with Paige Verity Fitness
• Yoga with Chair

 Also monthly on the first Wednesday of each month the Car Colston & Screveton Women's Institute.
